I should of called here first but I didn’t I called another company and told the guy I had my grandfather clock since 1993 and I have NEVER had it cleaned or oiled the other company came to my home when he arrived I again made it clear the clock has NEVER been serviced he proceeded to do a couple squirts of oil, adjusted the legs and switched the weights correctly as I just moved in and the moving company did not put the correct weight in place he said that will be $300.00 I replied it also needs cleaned his reply to me was it is fine after research grandfather clocks should be cleaned every 5-7 years. I called the guy he said he would come back and clean it for another $300.00 I said no and called time after time scheduled me quickly was polite, honest and did the entire job for less money.
